Roof insulation. How to insulate the ceiling?

In existing residential buildings built before the end of the eighties in systems with large panels (for example, WWP, W70), the ceiling insulation layer over unheated rooms, such as basements, has an insignificant thickness - usually 1-2 cm. The consequence of this is a significant loss of heat through the ceilings above the cold rooms. This causes increased heating costs for apartments on the ground floor and discomfort in the form of a cold floor. To prevent these phenomena, it is necessary to perform solid insulation of the basement ceilings, which would complement the complex thermal modernization of the building.

Insulation of basement ceilings has been a difficult task so far. Using methods such as light-wet or dry buildings took a long time and was burdensome for tenants, as it required step-by-step work and, consequently, access to the basement for several days. In addition, this did not guarantee the continuity of insulation, especially since work in the basement had to be carried out at the ceiling level, where central heating, domestic hot water and all electrical installations were installed.

Only when applying the thermal insulation spraying method in the TERMOGRAN system does the insulation work smoothly, and the insulation material can be used in hard-to-reach places regardless of installation. In addition, the use of the TERMOGRAN system ensures the continuity and tightness of the thermal insulation and, consequently, its high efficiency.
The required thickness of the basement ceiling insulation in the TERMOGRAN system depends on the thermal resistance of all ceiling layers and must always be specified in the technical design of the building insulation.

The TERMOGRAN system consists of a thermal insulation solution TERMOGRAN and a primer KEMAGRUNT 1H. The system has a heat transfer coefficient of 0.041 [W /mK] and is classified according to the fire reaction class as non-flammable - A1.
TERMOGRAN has a technical permit AT-15-6957 / 2006 and hygiene certificate: HK/B/0608/01/2006 and HK/B/0559/01/2006.

Advantages of the TERMOGRAN system:

- very good thermal properties
- non-flammable product - increases the fire safety of the building,
- resistant to biological and chemical corrosion
- environmentally friendly - its use reduces heat loss, thereby indirectly reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere
- Maintenance-free, can be painted
- indispensable in hard-to-reach places
- installation work is not burdensome for the residents of the building
- insulation work with its use can be carried out throughout the year. 1xbet অফিসিয়াল প্রোমো কোড
